We had the opportunity to explore diverse cultures and histories during a visit to the African Art Museum of Maryland. During our time there, we were given a thoughtful overview of African history, and enjoyed listening and learning together!

Each session has offered a welcoming space to paint, collage, decorate, and write—whether it’s through bright brush strokes on canvas or thoughtful words in a personal journal. These activities aren’t just fun—they serve as meaningful outlets that help reduce stress, improve focus, and encourage emotional expression in a supportive, judgment-free environment. We’re proud to support our group’s mental health through creative programming and look forward to continuing this journey of expression, healing, and community connection.
