🎉 If you want to know what success looks like, look no further than Charles. Charles came to Portsmouth Health & Rehab just before Thanksgiving 2024 after complications from a hip replacement. He had a second hip surgery earlier this year and after four months of dedicated physical and occupational therapy, Charles WALKED out of our facility! 👏👏👏 He is now returning to his independent living apartment, where his loyal companion, his cat Jakey, has been patiently waiting. 🐾 We could not be happier for Charles and are grateful to his family for their trust, support, and teamwork in making this journey such a success. 💙 Here’s to celebrating resilience, hard work, and the power of therapy! 👏👏👏 #OVATIONProud #RoundOfApplause #ClapOut #RehabSuccess #ProgressParade
