Introducing the latest #PACCARSpotlight employee – Allan J Castillo, Technical Analyst and Trainer at PACCAR México, whose journey has been marked by continuous growth and a strong commitment to both the company and the community. Allan began his career at PACCAR Mexico as an Engineer in Training and Dealer Development. Since then, he has evolved into a key player in the Human Resources Training department, shaping the future of technical education and training. Allan also holds a Master’s degree in Business and a degree in Mechatronics Engineering. His dedication extends beyond his day-to-day role. Allan is an active member of the PACCAR Mexico Women Association and serves in the Emergency Brigade, where for over 16 years he has contributed to search and rescue missions. As a certified paramedic for 13 years, he also facilitates Basic Rescue Training and recently enhanced his skills through Advanced Fire Brigade training in Cartagena, Colombia. In his current position, Allan leads the development program for Battery Electric Vehicle technicians, collaborating closely with local technical institutions to ensure the workforce is ready for new product innovations. He also delivers well-received technical courses, including the popular Product Knowledge class, helping to elevate the expertise across PACCAR Mexico. “I want to share my personal and professional commitment to this great company, the community around us, and the environment we all share. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to grow and face various challenges that have strengthened me not only as a leader but also as a human being,” said Allan Castillo. “My experience as a rescuer for many years has taught me the value of service, solidarity, and responsibility – values that I carry with me every day in my work at PACCAR.” #WeArePACCAR #PACCARMexico
