We are grateful for the support at our Centennial Celebration, marking 100 years of service at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. The evening brought together local and state leaders, civic organizations, and community businesses to celebrate a century of providing quality healthcare close to home. CEO Clyde Wood shared remarks on the hospital's legacy and future, while Representative Hardy Billington presented a resolution recognizing this milestone. We were honored to hear from special speakers Anita Hill, a former employee and current volunteer, who shared insights about the hospital's history, and Dodson Cravens, Pharm.D., whose 50 years of dedicated service allowed him to speak about his time with the hospital and the positive changes he has witnessed over the decades. The Three Rivers Community Choir performed during dinner, adding a special musical touch to the celebration. Guests explored our pop-up museum featuring historical memorabilia, including scrapbooks, newsletters, and photographs documenting our journey. We thank the Poplar Bluff Museum for generously donating historical photographs for the display. The evening celebrated the families and generations who have trusted us with their care. We look forward to the next 100 years of serving Poplar Bluff and our surrounding region. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this celebration of our past, present, and future. 🎉
