Every patient remembers the first face that welcomes them. Our front desk associates set the tone by reassuring nervous patients, creating a calm environment, and helping them feel confident about the care ahead. As Renna Malone shares, “You’re the first person they’re going to meet… and sometimes just telling them, ‘You’re going to do great,’ makes all the difference.” If you’re looking for a role where your kindness has a real impact, we’re hiring across front desk, billing, and administrative teams. Our new AI-powered transcription tools are helping PTs be more fully present with their patients. By capturing details in real time, these tools are giving clinicians more space to focus on the conversation, connection, and care happening in the moment. Kirsten Parrish, PT, DPT, CSCS, a newly graduated resident, puts it plainly in this clip: the toughest part of the job has always been the notes that spill into evenings and weekends. With AI transcription in place, that burden is finally shrinking, and patient encounters are becoming more engaging and more personal. It’s one more way that PRN is investing in tools that support our PTs to elevate their work and strengthen outcomes across our network of 260+ clinics. When people feel valued, they bring their best. And PRN teams prove that every day. In this video, Brittany Griffith shares how being recognized for her contributions to the RCM team motivates her to go above and beyond. From ensuring accurate claims to helping patients confidently navigate billing questions, Brittany’s work plays a crucial role in keeping our clinics running smoothly. A strong RCM team means patients experience fewer hurdles, clinics receive timely reimbursement, and our therapists can stay focused on delivering exceptional care. When team members like Brittany feel valued, the benefits ripple across the entire organization. At PRN, we’re committed to creating an environment where every front desk associate, billing specialist, and admin team member feels seen, supported, and appreciated. Way to go, team Vista!!!
Chief Operating Officer at Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), a leader in MSK and Physical Therapy care services | Expanding access to quality outpatient care for patients and families
Most people outside Texas high school football may not know the name Mike Robinson. But in North Texas, he’s spent decades shaping young athletes as a head coach at Wilmer-Hutchins, Hillcrest, North Mesquite, and DeSoto. This past summer, Mike went through something no coach, no person, is ever prepared for. After a serious medical complication nearly took his life, he walked out of the hospital facing a long, uncertain road ahead: rebuilding his strength, learning how to move again, and doing the work that happens far from the stadium lights. That’s where our PT team in Texas stepped in. Mike has been working with our therapists to regain mobility, rebuild muscle, and relearn the daily movements most of us take for granted. His sessions are tough - physically and emotionally - but his spirit in the clinic is exactly what you’d expect from a lifelong coach. Steady. Gritty. Determined. And our team has matched that energy every step of the way. We’re incredibly proud of the work happening inside that therapy room. Proud of Mike for showing up on days that aren’t easy. And proud of our Vista Physical Therapy team for guiding him through one of the most important “seasons” of his life. If you want to read the full story behind Mike’s resilience - and the community that rallied around him - the Dallas Morning News captured it beautifully. 30 years - that’s something special. Clarissa Jeetan and Erika Jacob are amazing, and milestones like this are living proof that we genuinely care about our people and put in the work to keep our culture strong! Here’s to many more years!
Some milestones deserve more than a shoutout - they deserve a pause. Today we’re celebrating two people who have quietly shaped the heart and backbone of this organization for three decades: Clarissa Jeetan and Erika Jacob. If you know them, you know. Clarissa has been our north star when it comes to people. Whether it’s navigating the tough stuff, celebrating the good, or just being that steady, honest voice in the room, she’s been there. Her impact goes way beyond HR. She’s been an advocate, a sounding board, and a constant reminder that how we treat people matters. And then there’s Erika. Compliance might not be the flashiest department, but Erika’s made it feel personal. She brings clarity to complexity and calm to the chaos. She’s that rare kind of expert who also just makes you feel like she’s got your back - and she truly does. Thirty years! That’s thousands of conversations, decisions, challenges, and moments of showing up - fully. Together, they’ve set a tone for what it means to be committed to something bigger than a job. I’m grateful to know them. We all are. And I’m proud that Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is still the kind of place that keeps people like Clarissa and Erika, not because they have to stay, but because they choose to. Here’s to both of you. Thank you for building the kind of place the rest of us get to be part of. P.S. This photo is peak Erika and Clarissa - fun-spirited, quick-witted, and always up for a laugh. If you’ve ever taken part in one of their legendary team challenges (yes, even the zombie-apocalypse-themed ones), you know exactly what I mean.

Well said, David DeGumbia! We are lucky to have you on this team. As we close out #PTMonth, we’re holding space for deep appreciation. To the PTs and PTAs across our network - and those doing this work in clinics, homes, sidelines, classrooms, and beyond - thank you. You help people move forward every day, and in doing so, you move the profession forward too.

October is always a special month - but this one hit different. Since joining @PRN, I’ve had the chance to spend a lot of time in our clinics, side by side with our physical therapists. Watching them work, listening to their stories, and seeing the impact they make every single day has been both humbling and energizing. As a PT myself, this profession has always meant something deeply personal to me. It’s a calling built on compassion, grit, and a relentless drive to help others move, heal, and reclaim their lives. So as Physical Therapy Month comes to a close, I just want to say - thank you. To every PT and PTA, whether you’re part of PRN or serving patients somewhere else - you are the quiet force behind so many recoveries, the steady hands guiding people back to strength. You remind the world every day what real care looks like. Here’s to you, to the work you do, and to the difference you make - one patient, one step, one movement at a time
