New Role: Chief Compliance Officer, Credit Fund, New York Pinnacle Career Coaching have been retained on a Chief Compliance Officer search with a growing firm who are expanding their footprint into New York with the acquisition of a new Credit focused investment firm. Joining before the finalization of the acquisition you will be tasked with leading and building the compliance program from the ground-up. With the support of the Group CCO create a robust compliance program, facilitating business growth and development of various institutional investment opportunities across BDCs, CLOs and private funds. $180-250k base salary 20-25% Discretionary bonus 4-5 days per week on-site in New York 5-10 years of experience targetting ideally Timeline: Looking for someone to join late January/ early February (after bonus payouts).
