    My current daily schedule: Meetings from 9-5, then the real work begins... Some people talk about the importance of work/life balance, but as someone who loves what they do, I don’t draw a line between them. Work + life, they are one and the same. (Btw I love seeing others reach this state. Luke Erickson is an example that comes to mind from recent 👏) As the CEO of Popl, business hours are filled with meetings and taking care of all the “business” busyness. Don't get me wrong, those daytime meetings are crucial: - strategy sessions with department heads - customer calls - investor check-ins - team syncs All necessary stuff that keeps the company moving forward. But my favorite part of the day is after 5pm, once the calendar clears. That's when I get to do what energizes me most: - Building. As a technical founder, I'm fortunate to be in a position where I can pick my favorite projects of ours and take lead on some of them. (Most of those projects these days are focused on our AI algorithms/agents) - Relationships. Responding to emails and chatting with partners, investors, other founders. - Big picture thinking. Where should we be in 6 months? 12 months? What new markets should we explore? Ideal state: - Meetings during business hours to align and strategize. - Evenings (and weekends) for the deep work that moves the needle. What does your ideal daily rhythm look like?

    With this one simple phrase, my friend Jasper, the CEO at Artisan, built $2M+ in new ARR, and got a few death threats: "Stop hirring humans." At Artisan, they launched this provocative campaign in SF and it went viral. They’re going all-in on “the era of AI employees.” And when it comes to advertising, provocative works. The thing is, I know the Artisan team doesn’t hate humans. (In fact, they are hiring real people right now). AI will indeed replace many parts of the marketing funnel, but we strongly believe that: While AI scales, humans close. That’s how we’re looking at it at Popl. Humans + AI = the ideal state. We’re using AI to enhance human connection, not replace it.
