Meet Jacy Rush, our Talent Acquisition Manager. With nearly a decade of experience in full-cycle recruitment, JacyLynn brings a sharp, forward-thinking approach to building high-performing teams. She currently leads hiring strategy across multiple essential functions, including Commercial Strategy, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Manufacturing, and EHSQ, supporting Qcells' rapid growth as a leader in the U.S. renewable energy sector. What sets Jacy apart is her ability to translate fast-changing business needs into meaningful hiring outcomes. She’s not just filling roles—she’s shaping the teams that will define the company’s future. Her work blends process, intuition, and momentum to consistently deliver talent that raises the bar. We're pleased to have her as a member of our team! … #Question: How do you align hiring efforts with long-term organizational goals and culture fit? It’s easy to hire for the now. The real value is in hiring for what’s next. I work closely with leadership to understand where we’re headed, whether it’s a shift in go-to-market strategy, expansion into new markets, or building new capabilities from scratch. From there, I look for people who bring both the expertise and the adaptability to grow with us. It’s less about culture fit, and more about culture add—what will this person bring that we don’t already have?
