I recently wrapped up a great experience speaking at the TD Cowen Communications Infrastructure Summit alongside Jeff Berson where we shared insights on the evolving data center landscape and broader industry trends. I was also honored to be invited on the TD Cowen Insights podcast with Michael Elias, where I discussed QTS's continued growth, the shifting dynamics of customer demand and our approach to navigating supply and power challenges.

Every other month, QTS brings new team members from around the globe together for Journey – a three-day event designed to introduce them to our people, our culture and our work in the data center industry. It’s an excellent opportunity to create a shared foundation for collaboration, growth and impact across the entire QTS organization.

The Feeding Hope Project, founded by a group of high school students in Loudoun County, Virginia, is dedicated to combating hunger in their community. QTS recently partnered with the group through the Box Up the Sunshine Cereal Drive. While their goal was to collect 500 boxes, we surpassed expectations by donating more than 2,000 boxes of cereal to Loudoun Hunger Relief Inc. Together, we can make a meaningful impact!

We’re proud to have Madison Williams fill the role of QTS’s Chief Investment Officer. With 13 years of service at QTS, Madison’s dedication to connecting communities and driving business growth is a testament to his servant leadership mindset.

Over the past year, Salman Khan served as an integral member of the Property Development team in Phoenix, where he assisted QTS teams in strategic planning and hands-on project execution. Through this internship, Salman developed a profound understanding of the coordination and precision necessary for the successful development of large-scale infrastructure, such as data centers. We’re grateful for a successful kickoff today between Blyth Spartans AFC and Ashington AFC. It’s a cause for celebration not only for the match but also for the launch of our Better Together campaign in partnership with Anxious Minds – an organization focused on mental health services. We’re excited to be partnering to expand these services across the region and support local communities. We truly are Better Together!
