No handshakes. No grabbing photos with an arm around them. Especially for women, physical contact can directly conflict with their vows. This isn’t rudeness; it’s protecting a sacred commitment. Greet With Respect, Not Touch: A calm, kind tone. Respect is shown through intention, not physical contact. Dress Modestly: Cover shoulders and knees. Skip revealing or tight clothing. It’s not about control, it’s about reverence. Speak With Intention and Courtesy: Lower your voice. Don’t joke, mock, or treat them like entertainment. Listen more than you talk. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day I have a dream. All Randolph County Government offices will be closed on Monday, January 19th for Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. On January 6th, Randolph County Emergency Services led a full-scale hazmat exercise. This scenario involved a tanker truck overturning and spilling gallons of hazardous material into Randleman Lake.
