That’s why we created the LIFT Beauty Accelerator—to support underrepresented founders with the resources, guidance, and access they need to grow. Applications are now open for the 2025 LIFT Beauty Accelerator. Now in its second year under the LIFT name, the program offers early-stage founders funding, mentorship, and brand-building support to help them gain traction, scale thoughtfully, and build lasting community. Three selected participants will receive: - $10,000 in non-dilutive funding - The opportunity to pitch to JCPenney for potential in-store or online distribution - Executive mentorship from Rare Beauty Brands and industry partners - In-kind services from Coast to Coast Fulfillment If you're building a product-based beauty brand with a bold vision, we encourage you to apply.
