When Reap Construction stepped in at The Bryant post-foreclosure, the path forward was clear: get units back online—fast. With over 60 units down hard (as seen in the first photo) and occupancy sitting at just 65%, this asset was bleeding cash. Since September, we’ve renovated 147 units and executed a full exterior transformation—new siding, fresh paint, and a major landscaping overhaul. At peak activity, we had 8 subcontractor crews onsite, all operating under our direct management.
