What You’ll Do: ✅ Lead and mentor on-site property teams to maximize occupancy, resident satisfaction, and compliance. ✅ Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls to maintain efficiency. ✅ Ensure full compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations. ✅ Develop and implement strategies for maintenance, leasing, and resident retention. ✅ Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including residents, vendors, and local agencies.
