➡️ More consumers are dedicating a bigger share of their disposable income to restaurants: 34% this year vs. 22% in 2024.
➡️ Average check growth (+3.8%) is being driven by meal deals and add‑ons, rather than price increases, with menu pricing rising only 0.4%.
➡️ Consumers expect to maintain their current dining frequency in 2026, suggesting a year of steady, reliable demand.
➡️ Gen Z and millennials drove spending growth as older generations pulled back. This means campaigns are getting customers through the door, while an elevated experience brings them back—whether that’s service, cleanliness, consistency, execution, or more.
