I almost never post here, but today deserves it. With zero technical background, I somehow built and deployed a functioning application using Replit- and I’m honestly still processing that sentence. Today I: • Built a Replit app from scratch • Solved a redirect URI mismatch (after Googling “what is a redirect URI”) • Created a Salesforce External Client App like that was a normal thing I do • Battled OAuth, which I’m convinced is a final boss • Discovered Google Sheets have IDs (rude) • Fixed a GiveLively → Salesforce sync issue I did NOT create • Debugged naming logic with unexpected detective skills • Tracked down callback URLs with more persistence than I ever expected from myself None of this was in my comfort zone. None of this was supposed to be “my thing.” And yet… I did it. Today, I earned my honorary developer badge - and I’m pretty proud of myself. Thanks to Replit for making it possible.
