Mary Benally, FNP-C, is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care as a family nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and her Master of Science in Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program from Frontier Nursing University. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in women’s health and newborn care. With a diverse background in ICU, cardiac care, Sleep Medicine, home health, postpartum /newborn care, and forensic nursing, Mary brings a wealth of experience to her role at Revere Health. Her broad expertise allows her to connect with and support patients from all walks of life, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and actively involved in their healthcare journeys. Mary was drawn to medicine because of her natural empathy and desire to advocate for patients. Lexi Hartley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in Family Medicine. She is fluent in Spanish and certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Lexi earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brigham Young University–Idaho and her Master of Science in Nursing from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Before joining Revere Health, Lexi worked as a bedside nurse in the emergency room, where she gained valuable experience caring for patients with urgent and complex needs. This experience strengthened her ability to respond quickly, manage diverse conditions, and provide compassionate, effective care. We are excited to welcome Kody Holt, FNP-C to our Enterprise Family Medicine clinic. Kody Holt is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University and his Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University. Kody is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and holds an additional certification in wound care through the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy. Kody has worked primarily in rural healthcare settings throughout his career and has extensive experience treating a wide variety of illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions. This broad background has made him a well-rounded provider who is prepared to address nearly any health concern his patients may have. Kody has been passionate about medicine since childhood and enjoys helping individuals improve both their quality of life and longevity. We're excited to welcome Colten Bracken, MD to our Enterprise Family Medicine clinic. Colten Bracken, MD, graduated from medical school at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine in Minnesota after gaining valuable experience in a Rural Health Scholars Program. After residency, he returned to his hometown of Enterprise, UT, where he opened a Family Medicine practice in 2021. Being born and raised in Enterprise, Dr. Bracken developed a passion for small towns and rural health.  He spent his childhood working on his family’s hay farm before going to Southern Utah University for his undergraduate education. In addition to his Primary Care practice in Enterprise, he currently works in a critical access ER in Caliente, NV. He is also the Medical Director for his local EMS agency, a local hospice agency, and a wilderness youth program.  He couldn’t be more excited to help take care of the town that “made him who he is” and is proud to be a part of Revere Health. He serves on the board of directors for the Utah Academy of Family Physicians and the Rural Health Association of Utah. He precepts numerous students in all stages of their careers. He views wellness as a combination of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, with all we need to stay healthy provided by God through food, nature, relationships, and spiritual connection. As an educator and coach, Dr. Robins prioritizes prevention and natural, sustainable health practices over pharmaceuticals. He takes time to explain conditions and treatment options, empowering patients to make informed decisions that align with their values. His approach focuses on the whole person, considering body, mind, emotions, lifestyle, and spirituality. Dr. Robins’ background in the military instilled values of discipline, integrity, and teamwork, which he brings to his patient care. Crystal Huffaker is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Brigham Young University. She completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Since 2008, Crystal has worked as a nurse practitioner in Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Pain Management, where she has also treated a variety of urologic conditions. This experience has prepared her to transition into her current role at the Revere Health Urology Clinic. She was drawn to Revere Health because of its strong commitment to patient-centered care. She values the opportunity to spend meaningful time with patients, listening to their concerns and collaborating on treatment goals. Myrissa Thomas, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Utah University in Cedar City, Utah. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Myrissa chose to become a Nurse Practitioner to blend the science of medicine with the compassion of nursing, bringing both empathy and clinical expertise to every patient encounter. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and strives to ensure they feel heard, respected, and well cared for. Myrissa previously worked at Revere Health as a medical assistant, where she fell in love with the organization’s mission and culture. We're excited to have recently welcomed Kyle Garcia, MD to our Provo Urology clinic. Kyle Garcia, MD, MB, offers general Urology services and specializes in various urologic conditions, including prostate cancer, kidney cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and kidney stones. He strives to truly listen to and understand his patients and uses shared decision-making to establish evidence-based care plans. Dr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University. He then earned an MBA from Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business, as well as an MD from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He completed his residency in urologic surgery at the University of Arizona, where he received training in all aspects of Urology, including extensive training in Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) as a treatment for BPH. He furthered his training with a one-year fellowship in urologic oncology and robotic surgery at Saint John’s Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA. While there, he received advanced training in surgical management of prostate and kidney cancers. Dr. Garcia is a recipient of the George W. Drach Resident Award at the University of Arizona for outstanding patient care in the field of Urology.
