For Enoé's 11.5 MWp bifacial PV project, we recently delivered a comprehensive Energy Yield Assessment that integrates agricultural constraints into tracker operation modelling, representing a first-of-its-kind approach for this site. Our methodology combined three distinct tracker operating scenarios, from normal rotation to livestock presence and seasonal mowing, aligning with rotational grazing cycles and machinery access requirements. Using PVsyst and NREL Radiance, we modelled weighted performance under real-world conditions, factoring in bifacial gains, shading and site-specific albedo. The result? A transparent view of production losses under operational constraints, with quantified impacts in reduction in GII and P50 yield compared to unconstrained operation. By integrating these variables, we help clients make informed decisions that balance energy performance and land-use sustainability. The 660 km Green Line is the first high-speed railway project in Egypt, developed by the Orascom Construction PLC – The Arab Contractors joint venture, together with Siemens Mobility. Once completed, it will connect Cairo with Ain Sokhna, Alexandria, and Marsa Matrouh. We’ve been part of this project since its early stages, with a multidisciplinary team deeply involved in RAMS analyses for track works, telecommunications, and traction power substations (TSS). During the latest TransMEA Expo – the region’s leading transportation forum and exhibition – the video related to the successful development of First Train Run was presented. In this phase, we’ve worked intensively on the safety activities for trackwork, which were key in securing the authorization for this milestone. #GrowWithRINA

Innovation for real impact starts with collaboration. At The Hub – ZEST in Rome, we brought this vision to life with the Pitch Day of our Call 4 Startups. Launched in partnership with Zest Group, the call attracted 101 submissions from 19 countries. After a multi-stage selection process, six finalists presented solutions addressing the challenge’s core areas: autonomy and scalability, data complexity, and cybersecurity and robustness. Their proposals showcased new ways to supervise, inspect and maintain critical assets through drones, robotics, IoT sensors, AI and augmented reality, delivering measurable impact and long-term partnership potential. After an inspiring round of presentations, the jury voted and announced SunCubes, Therness and Pipein as the winning startups: each will receive a grant and dedicated support to scale up their solutions and impact within our innovation ecosystem. #GrowWithRINA

We’re among the winners of the BLT Built Design Awards! Together with Afrostudio, we won the Architectural Design - Institutional award for the Headquarters project for the Bet Al Nadja association. Located in N’Djamena (Chad), the building combines local identity with sustainable architecture. It draws inspiration from the city’s urban landscape and traditional “Bet” house, while integrating bioclimatic solutions like natural ventilation, solar protection, and renewable energy systems. We contributed to the project through architectural and technical design, preliminary and detailed design studies, tender documentation, contractor selection support, and are currently providing execution study validation and site supervision. #GrowWithRINA

We recently supported IDEX in securing financing for a portfolio of photovoltaic projects, appointed by their Financial Advisor Envinergy to provide technical support to the process. The portfolio comprises 30 solar rooftops and carparks under development across France and French Guiana, with a total capacity of around 100 MWp - a key step in expanding reliable, distributed renewable generation. Our scope covered a portfolio overview, energy yield assessment, technology review, checks on administrative authorizations, and a contractual review. This work was performed on a representative sample of projects, providing robust technical validation to underpin the financing. By delivering clear technical insights, we helped strengthen confidence in the portfolio’s bankability and execution readiness, enabling investments that accelerate the energy transition across France and French Guiana. #GrowWithRINA

From simulation to full‑scale testing, safety is the backbone of the Aramis project. Together with TotalEnergies, Shell, EBN B.V., and Gasunie, we’re helping hard‑to‑abate industries decarbonise by enabling the safe transport of captured CO₂ to depleted offshore gas fields in the North Sea.   Our role focuses on rigorous Running Ductile Fracture testing - moving from advanced modelling to controlled full‑scale trials with dense‑phase CO2 - to prove that pipeline integrity is maintained and any potential rupture remains local and contained.   This iterative, evidence‑driven approach informs design choices and sets higher benchmarks for open‑access CCS transport, sharing insights that the wider CCS community can build on.   Watch the video to see how engineering discipline, collaboration and innovation come together to make CO2 transport safe and scalable for the energy transition. #GrowWithRINA

We are currently supporting Investec Corporate and Investment Banking as Lenders Technical Advisor on a transaction for Commercial Energy South Africa's portfolio of assets (PV + BESS) across South Africa. Coming in at an installed capacity of approximately 10 MWp, this portion of CESA's portfolio includes commercial and industrial rooftop photovoltaic systems, ground-mounted installations and Battery Energy Storage Systems. We are delivering comprehensive Technical Due Diligence services which include providing in-depth performance assessments, as-built site assessments, as-built design reviews (electrical, civil, and structural), grid connection reviews, and commissioning test reviews. Our team also conducted site inspections to assess operational performance across the portfolio. By offering clear technical insights, we are supporting Investec’s investment decision-making process and helping to ensure the long-term viability of these assets, contributing to the growth of clean energy infrastructure in Southern Africa. #GrowWithRINA
