    I'm grateful to be teaching a session as part of Rippling's "First 10 Hires" series on Jan 21 🙌 I've said it before: your first 10 hires make or break your company. But it's hard to know which roles to hire, when to hire them, or how to close top talent. At Iteratively, we waited six months too long to hire our head of growth.     Today we had another implementation call, and I walked away genuinely grateful.     There are lots of ways to get rid of a computer. Some worse than others. Many worse than others, actually. More often than not though, the very prospect of going through the device disposal process makes it so IT teams never get around to it at all. It’s kinda the worst. Enough to make you want to just set a computer down in traffic. Maybe even with a “HIT ME” sign on it, just to be crystal clear. Not that anyone would try that. Obviously.     It’s been six months since I joined Rippling to lead the Talent Suite, and one of the best parts of the role has been working closely with customers across the entire talent lifecycle, from hiring to developing and managing teams.
