As summer ends, we're grateful for the energy and insight our Summer Analysts and Interns brought to Roark. From tackling projects to engaging in thoughtful discussions, they made a terrific impact. In line with our mission—helping people and companies reach their potential—we also spent time giving back. Happy Women’s History Month! This year’s theme is “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations.” In honor of this theme, we are sharing one of our favorite programs where we work with young women in Atlanta to introduce them to the world of finance and private equity. Through our partnership with Rock The Street, Wall Street – now in our 5th year! – the women of Roark visit high school classrooms to teach financial concepts, review resumes, and mentor...with our favorite part the culmination field trip event at Roark. Hello from Roark and our 2024-2025 Roark Investment Fellows! Last week, our 4th cohort headed to Chicago and New York for a week-long networking trek. We are so proud of this ever-growing program consisting of a year-long Fellowship, with 63 students and 17 investment banks as part of the program. Our instructors, Roark investment professionals, Brett Ubl, Martin McLendon, Max Mudd, and Madeline Frye, teach weekly classes about all things investment banking, finance, interview skills, and mentoring.
