This was our strongest purchase and refinance quarter in three years, with $1.78B in adjusted revenue, $36B net rate lock volume (up 26% quarter-over-quarter), and $32B closed loan volume. We expanded EBITDA margins to 20% and continued to operate with discipline, even as market conditions remained challenging. Our new AI tools automated manual processes, driving a 10% lift in refinance conversion and saving our team 150,000+ hours a year.
