    ROI Revolution, Inc. is on our home page.  We sponsored their summit.  They’ll touch new highs in 2026 … and we are eager to cheer them on. This should tell you everything you need to know about the role ROI Revolution plays in Convert’s ecosystem. A full-service agency focused on performance through experimentation, they have already been living the truth of growth-meets-testing, before AI and the disruptions today made the partnership non-negotiable. We asked our CRO MVP Kathryn Mueller about her most powerful 2025 learning. She said that the year with its ups and downs reinforced what she already knew: “This year we've had big wins and a handful of equally big losses. Without testing our clients might have implemented those changes and lost millions of dollars in revenue, without knowing what to attribute the losses to or how to fix them.” Rigorous testing should never be neglected in the Ecommerce world! But rigorous doesn’t mean inflexible. And that’s what ROI Revolution’s feel-good Convert moment is all about: “If you add an existing goal to a live test, it has already collected data from the beginning of the test run. This enables us to be agile in our testing. We can look at the data in different ways if we discover behavior we didn't expect when designing the test; we can investigate additional metrics to gain deeper insights.” That keen eye for hypotheses also gave us the most surprising realization about our own tool.
