Exciting news out West today: we’re strengthening our Idaho footprint with 900 MW of new solar + storage projects.   rPlus Energies has acquired two major solar + storage projects in Ada County, Idaho, bringing 900 MW of new capacity to our work in the state. I’m pleased to share that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has today released the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for rPlus Energies’ Seminoe Pumped Storage Project in Carbon County, Wyoming. This 900 MW hydroelectric project represents a major step toward transforming Wyoming’s energy grid by delivering clean, reliable, and sustainable power for generations to come. We’re excited to share another major milestone: rPlus Energies has closed ~$100M in tax equity financing with Truist for our 125 MW Pleasant Valley Solar 2 project in Ada County, Idaho. “Pleasant Valley Solar 2 reflects our broader commitment to helping the U.S. meet rising energy demand, while strengthening local economies and supporting grid reliability," said Luigi Resta.
