Breaking New Ground at Seabury!!! Tuesday, March 23, turned out to be a beautiful day for the groundbreaking ceremony of The Collamore, featuring 24 2-bedroom, 2-bath homes ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,600 square feet with under-building parking. Among other things, we celebrated the fact that we are almost 100% pre-sold! Only two homes to go! We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who participated in the groundbreaking ceremony, including several Town of Bloomfield officials, KBE Building Corporation, R. & R. Hiltbrand Engineers and Surveyors, our Board of Directors, and current and future Seabury Residents and Seabury At Home Members. Your presence and support marked a significant moment in creating a place where memories will continue to be made and our community thrives. We are truly honored to have had the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with such an inspiring group of individuals. To our future residents, your enthusiasm and vision for this project are the heart of its success.
