At Skechers, learning never stops—and this quarter marked an exciting step forward in how we invest in continuous, global development.   This quarter, managers across Europe and the U.S. graduated from our Leadership Foundations program. In Europe, two cohorts were based at our European Distribution Center in Liège and in Paris, while an additional group completed the program in the United States. Together, almost 60 managers representing 11 countries came together through a shared commitment to growth, connection, and lifelong learning.   Designed to go beyond traditional leadership training, the program blends in-person sessions with virtual, cross-country project work—creating opportunities for participants to learn with and from peers across regions, functions, and cultures.   The result? Skechers President Michael Greenberg Is Inducted Into the Footwear News Hall of Fame! Skechers announced that the Company’s co-founder and president, Michael Greenberg, has been inducted into the Footwear News 2025 Hall of Fame. Clayton Kershaw Joins the 17th Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk to Celebrate $3.2 Million Raised for Kids! Star power hit a home run at Sunday’s Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk with baseball hero and surprise guest Clayton Kershaw, who joined AGT host and comedian Howie Mandel, fitness icon Brooke Burke, St. Louis Cardinals baseball player Brendan Donovan, Skechers executives and thousands of walkers on a day of hope, love and inclusion. Now in its 17th year, the Walk raised more than $3.2 million for children with special needs, public schools, and national college scholarships—bringing the event’s total to over $31 million to date. “From sports to TV to entertainment, this has become a truly one-of-a-kind event—one where the stars align every year to celebrate what matters most: the future of our children,” said Michael Greenberg, co-founder of the Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk, which empowers youth with special needs, strengthens public education and funds national college scholarships. “This mission really hits home for us because it’s exactly what we strive to do through Kershaw’s Challenge—to give kids opportunities they might not otherwise have, whether that’s in the classroom, on the field, or in life,” said Clayton Kershaw.
