POV: Working In Our Los Angeles Office 🌴 Located in the historic Bunker Hill District, the space features a design palette of plywood, black steel and earth-toned accents that complement the unique hand-painted murals by local Angelenos. Our employees draw inspiration from sweeping views of the city and the San Gabriel Mountains, amplified by open ceilings along the perimeter that provide abundant natural light. Join us on our design journey as we unveil the renderings for the Whiteriver Indian Hospital Replacement Project—a transformative 408,000 sq. ft. facility designed in collaboration with the Indian Health Service and the White Mountain Apache Tribe. This new hospital will replace the existing facility on its 31-acre campus and expand access to comprehensive care for a growing population by integrating IHS programs with tribal health services. Drawing inspiration from the White Mountain landscape and Apache traditions, the design integrates natural materials, daylight and sweeping views to foster calm and connection. Cultural stories, rituals, and palettes are woven throughout public and patient spaces, while outdoor courtyards and walking paths encourage spiritual reflection and community gathering. Every element—from spatial flow to material selection—is shaped to honor heritage, support holistic healing and honor the spirit of the people it serves.
