Ryan joins us with nearly 20 years of experience in the dental and orthodontic industries and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Most recently, he served as CEO of Gaidge — the industry’s leading business intelligence platform — and as Vice President of Orthodontics for PracticeTek. In his new role, Ryan will lead key growth and efficiency initiatives across the SOP platform, including expanding our network of doctors and locations, rolling out our standardized TC Playbook, and advancing our digital transformation efforts. “Ryan’s deep expertise in orthodontics and his proven ability to scale organizations make him the ideal leader to strengthen our commercial strategy,” said John Nelson, CEO of Southern Orthodontic Partners.
