This week’s #SouthlandSnapshot comes from Wolf Creek Dam, where our American Bridge Company team just pulled two more of the ten original spillway tainter gates, a huge step in modernizing a system that’s been in service since 1952. Working alongside the USACE Nashville District, we’re helping upgrade the gates and lifting equipment to support long-term performance and safety. Throughout the project, at least seven gates will remain operable, ensuring controlled lake levels and safe conditions for the public. This investment secures the future of Wolf Creek Dam and Lake Cumberland. #BuildingGreatThings

The I-10 Turnpike Widening Project is underway in Vinton, LA, and Southland is proud to support this major upgrade to one of Louisiana’s most traveled corridors. The project adds a fourth lane in each direction and modernizes multiple interchanges from the Essen Lane exits to LA 415 in West Baton Rouge Parish.
