"I started with SpecialtyRx over a decade ago. Through hard work and dedication, I’ve been fortunate to rise through the ranks into the position I’m in today. This journey has given me a unique perspective on the roles we all play in making our operation successful — and it’s shaped the way I lead. Over the years, I’ve been a floor tech, tech manager, data entry tech, account representative, regional client services manager, trainer, key contributor to the COVID response team — and I’ve helped open 10 of our 14 pharmacy locations. These experiences allow me to step back into any of those roles and view challenges the way my staff sees them, or through the eyes of our clients, as we work toward the best solutions and future direction.
