Currently underway is the removal of a significant piece of our North campus – a massive, old boiler. This demolition paves the way for an exciting repurposing of this space, directly supporting our distillery expansion plans! Soon, we'll be welcoming a high-capacity column and pot stills to the North campus. These new stills, combined with a new boiler, will dramatically enhance our spirits production capabilities, allowing us to bring even more of our handcrafted products to you.
