We’re excited to officially introduce Meghan McInerny, who joined Subway a few months ago as our first Vice President, Experience Strategy. In this newly created role, Meghan is focused on creating interactions that deliver value for guests and franchisees, while building long-term loyalty through exceptional experiences. “I was thrilled that my first week included working in a restaurant as a Sandwich Artist, because to improve experiences, we need to understand the day-to-day reality,” shares Meghan. “From the other side of the line, it’s easy to underestimate what our franchisees and their teams do and think it’s ‘just making a sandwich.’ But a lot of pride, care, and preparation go into making a great sub AND creating a friendly environment where guests truly feel like guests." Outside of work, Meghan loves to travel and recently visited friends in India. “It was incredible to find Subway restaurants everywhere I went across India. I especially enjoyed trying some of their unique local menu items like the Potato Chilli Cheese sub and Paneer Tikka wrap, a great reminder of how Subway connects with guests worldwide.” Welcome to the team, Meghan!
