Fun to be back in #Chicago for the National Restaurant Association Show! The #sunnoodles team showed up serving #creamychickenramen and #tacomazemen with our fresh noodles. Great to hear such positive feedback! Trade shows are worth it for many reasons but #1 for me is the opportunity to connect, learn, be inspired, and push each other to achieve our #dreams. The journey is challenging but surrounding ourselves with #goodvibepeople makes is much more meaningful. See you all again next year!

Celebrating and welcoming 🎉 Dave Morita as he joins Sun Noodle as our Vice President of Operations! When we established our Vision 2.0, a priority was to build out our Leadership Team with #TopTalent. With such an ambitious goal, we recognized the need to upgrade our #LT with great leaders. Leaders who had the experience of what we needed but also wasn't so rigid in how things "used to be at their previous employers". They had to have the ability to apply their knowledge to the #sunnoodles we have today while knowing the future we are heading towards. All while nurturing, challenging, and grooming existing talent. Dave worked closely with Gregg Imamoto and Gregg's endorsement holds a lot of weight. Recommendations certainly help in this industry and I moved quick on this one because of it! We've had a great start where I got to visit Dave in Portland and meet his incredible family. Gifted his daughter with some goodies and safe to say we are inspiring the next generation (look at that letter!). Just got back spending time at our plants in California and New Jersey and getting him quickly on board. Looking forward to working alongside and learning from our team members on a daily basis. A big win to share as Sun Noodle #ramenkits 🍜 (shoyu, miso, kaedama) are now on refrigerated shelves in ShopRite stores in Northern New Jersey 👏 🎉 ! It really is all about connections in this industry 🤝 . I was fortunate to meet Jim Dorey (ShopRite - Inserra Supermarkets, Inc. - Wakefern Food Corp.) in 2023 by way of Allan Balderama (JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking - at the time). I was moved by Jim's vision, philosophy, and values he was instilling in #ShopRite. SO inspired, I reached out via text (and he responded IMMEDIATELY!). He's now someone that I can speak to for advice on business, family, and a casual catch up over a meal. Jim cares about #familybusiness so he immediately put us in touch with his team, led by Thomas Minardi. Really happy to share that our products will be available in select stores (#Hoboken, #JerseyCity, #Wallington, #PalisadesPark, #Ramsey, #Wykoff, #Northvale, and #Wayne) to test and learn!
