Last week, TD Garden hosted more than 3,000 students at its 14th annual Back-to-School Celebration. Together with our partners — The Salvation Army, City of Boston and the Boston Bruins Foundation — we provided backpacks, school supplies, winter coats, vision screenings, and more to help students start the school year strong. “The Back-to-School Celebration is one of our favorite traditions each year, bringing together our partners at the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics, and the community to make sure local students have the tools they need to start the school year with confidence," said Glen Thornborough, president of TD Garden and COO of the Boston Bruins. "It’s more than school supplies—it’s about showing students that their community believes in them, stands behind them, and is rooting for their success in the year ahead." One week ago, we made history at TD Garden—again.   The Connecticut Sun vs. Indiana Fever game brought unforgettable energy to Boston — and it wouldn’t have been possible without this incredible team. From operations to ticketing, marketing to game day staff, every single person played a part in making this moment happen. Huge thanks to those who brought this game to life! 👏

Another sold-out crowd. Another historic night for the WNBA in Boston. ☀️   For the second year in a row, TD Garden proudly welcomed the WNBA to center stage—this time hosting Connecticut Sun vs. Indiana Fever. With 19,156 fans filling the arena, the energy was electric and the message clear: support for women’s sports is stronger than ever.   A sincere thank you to Governor Maura Healey, Mayor Michelle Wu, Meet Boston, Boston Celtics, WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association), TD, both teams, our dedicated associates, and the incredible fans who helped make this event such a success.   This night was more than just a game—it was a celebration of progress, representation, and the growing momentum behind women’s sports. We’re proud to be part of it.

Earlier this month, we teamed up with the Boston Bruins to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week! Together, we visited three schools across Greater Boston, delivering breakfast, essential classroom supplies, and a fully stocked teachers' lounge—complete with brand-new coffee machines, laminators, and more. To our teachers, thank you for all that you do! 👏

Hosting the ISU World Figure Skating Championships at TD Garden was more than just an incredible week of competition; it was a celebration of community, culture, and historic moments. Thank you to everyone who helped bring this event (and the world!) to Boston, giving the region an economic boost of $46M. Congratulations to all the athletes, staff, and fans for an amazing week of figure skating. Thank you to ISU World Figure Skating, The Skating Club of Boston, Meet Boston, and U.S. Figure Skating for helping make this event possible! 

Lauma Cerlins, director of retail for the ProShop powered by '47, and Melissa Jacobs, Merchandise Manager for Sportservice, have been the driving forces behind the evolution of retail at TD Garden. Together, they have helped spotlight female entrepreneurs, bringing locally owned brands like BROdenim, Mel the Clothing, and Brave Daughters to Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics fans. The Academy of Country Music has announced nominations for the 60th Academy of Country Music Awards, and we're thrilled to announce that TD Garden is up for Arena of the Year! It's a privilege to be a host for some of the best country artists and acknowledged among a group of such outstanding venues. The award will be voted on by AMC membership in the next couple of weeks.
