About us
The Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation was created in 1982 by a small group of Texas business men and women to focus awareness on the positive achievements made by outstanding business legends and to honor their contributions to their community and their state. Our Mission: The Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation proudly reaffirms its mission of recognizing the accomplishments and contributions of our outstanding Texas business leaders, to perpetuate and inspire the values of entrepreneurial spirit, personal integrity, and community leadership in all generations of Texans. Moving Forward: This mission is achieved by honoring Texas’ foremost past and present business leaders and by inspiring the leadership of the future. Inductees into the hall of fame are chosen for their distinguished accomplishments in business and their contributions to the development of a healthy, dynamic community in Texas and to the state’s overall economic well-being. These leaders are honored during the Annual Induction Dinner. Each year, scholarships are awarded to outstanding Texas students who exhibit the same entrepreneurial drive and leadership spirit. The continued success of the Scholarship Program is made possible through the contributions of many supporters, as well as the Scholarship Endowment Program.

Congratulations to TBHF Director Nancy Segrato Barnes, Esq. on the launch of her new podcast, "She Laughs." Nancy describes it best: “Get ready for real inspiration from seriously amazing guests who’ve faced fear, ditched doubt, and come out stronger, more confident, and shining on the other side.” We’re also proud to highlight another standout in the TBHF podcasting community: TBHF Alumni Joseph Cabrera, host of "American Operator." Joseph spotlights hard-working Americans, the impact they make in their communities, and the legacies they build. TBHF Alumni and Spa Luxe owner Victoria “Tori” Clark was recently featured on his show. Both Nancy and Joseph elevate stories rooted in grit, courage, and strength — values that truly reflect the spirit of the Texas Business Hall of Fame and its vast network. #podcast #grit
