Recently, our team volunteered with the Building Trades Employers’ Association Northeast Women’s Group at Cradles to Crayons, spending the day cleaning and sorting shoes for children and young adults. We’re proud to support an organization that provides essential items to families in need and grateful for the chance to give back alongside so many inspiring women in our industry. Project Update 🚧 Recently at a new research and development campus in Massachusetts, our team completed a precision rigging operation that included air source heat pumps, silencers, exhaust stacks, and a large AHU. From logistics to lift, the process was executed safely and efficiently. Another great milestone on a standout project. This recognition was achieved by maintaining both our recordable cases incident rate and lost workday cases incidence rate at 25% or below the industry average, a reflection of our commitment to keeping safety at the forefront of everything we do. We had a great time hosting students from Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School at our Fab Shop. They got an up-close look at how prefabrication works and learned how it supports safer, faster, and more efficient job sites. It's always exciting to show the next generation what the trades are all about.
