What do you do when rapid growth starts costing you your top talent? Over the past 18 months, The Clark Agency Recruiters partnered with a PE-backed defense contractor that was scaling fast and losing key finance and accounting talent in the process. Middle management was under pressure, teams were stretched thin, and the need for strong leadership was urgent. We placed two Plant Controllers in different locations to stabilize operations, a new Reporting Manager to support data needs, and a Director of Finance reporting directly to the CFO. Each role was critical and each hire made an immediate impact.
