A Day with Future Industry Leaders! Recently, we had the honor of hosting nearly 40 students and staff from the National Youth Leadership Conference (NYLC) at our Carlyle office! The visit, part of the 2025 NJSA National Youth Leadership Conference, gave participants a hands-on look at what powers the commercial swine industry—and more importantly, the people and passion behind it.
