As we head into Thanksgiving week, I want to say a heartfelt thank you our incredible team across Tierra Encantada. This month, we invited families to share feedback about their experience with us through a system-wide survey, and the message was clear: parents feel their children are genuinely known, loved, and supported in our centers. Again and again, families highlighted the warmth of our teachers, the trust they’ve built with staff, and the sense of belonging their children feel every day. A few comments that captured this sentiment so well: - “My daughter is extremely excited to go to daycare each day. I see her light up with excitement when she sees her teachers. I love to see her teachers greet her each morning, and say goodbye each afternoon. It is clear they care for her deeply.” - Windom - “My kid loves being there maybe more than anywhere else in the world. She loves the teachers and everyone. I’d give it 15 out of 10 if I could.” - Hiawatha - “The teachers at Tierra Encantada truly love all of the students. They are compassionate and professional in every aspect of their role. This school makes us feel safe as parents and appreciative for everyone that works here.” -Addison - “The excellent teachers, meals, and curriculum. Our little one was new to daycare and his teachers made sure he was comfortable right away and offered hugs on hard mornings. He loves coming and playing with everyone and is learning a lot.
