This week, Tilson filed a lawsuit against Gigapower seeking more than $200 million for Gigapower’s breach of contract tied to fiber network builds in Nevada and Arizona. This lawsuit seeks to hold Gigapower accountable for its actions, and also provides a path for Tilson’s creditors, including the many skilled subcontractors and vendors who worked on this project, to be paid.
