Jocelin P. has built a remarkable career at Toyota, growing from a temporary team member on the assembly line to a leader of the Toyota Mississippi TODOS chapter. She currently works in the Global Skill-Up Training department, teaching and supporting team members on the fundamentals of the Toyota Production System and helping develop future leaders. Outside of work, Jocelin enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, boating on Pickwick Lake, and taking motorcycle rides with her husband.
