  • As we wrap up our #WomensEqualityDay feature, we end this segment with one final feature, Kim Phillips. Kim Phillips’ journey to Warehouse Manager at Trilliant is a story of adaptability, resilience, and people-first leadership. Before joining Trilliant six years ago, she built her management foundation in the Texas oil fields—one of the few women in the industry at the time. A move to Wisconsin for family brought her to Trilliant as a coordinator, but her leadership experience quickly propelled her back into a supervisory role. Over the years, Kim has embraced new challenges, including overseeing multiple warehouse sites—even without prior warehouse experience. She spent her first weeks learning alongside her team, building trust through hands-on collaboration and humility. “Leadership is about unlocking potential, even if it means letting go of high performers so they can grow into roles aligned with their goals,” Kim says. Confident, empathetic, and performance-driven, Kim leads by example by showing up, working hard, and inspiring her team to grow, succeed, and thrive.

  • Our #WomenEqualityDay stories continue! Today, we are spotlighting Holly Van Zeeland, a curious, hard-working leader with a genuine love for working with people. When she joined Trilliant, her role was narrowly defined, but it didn’t take long for her energy, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to jump in wherever needed to expand her impact. Today, as Sr. Operations Program Manager, Holly thrives at the intersection of supply chain, engineering, sales, and customer support, connecting the dots to drive performance and deliver results. For Holly, leadership is about more than hitting targets; it’s about lifting others. Guided by the belief that “when people succeed, the whole team succeeds,” she develops teams, builds trust with customers through transparency, and navigates challenges with integrity. She leads with authenticity, proving that the best leaders are those who invest in both people and performance. Holly continues to drive operational excellence at Trilliant, inspiring teams and those around her with dedication, strategic insight, and a passion for results.

  •  💖 Creativity isn’t just about visuals—it’s about connecting people and brands through storytelling. For #WomensEqualityDay, we are spotlighting some of our women leaders here at Trilliant. Jamie Boucher, our Creative Director, leads with purpose, blending vision, strategy, and mentorship to elevate both the work and the people behind it. “The best work happens when people are at the center; when collaboration is a priority and all perspectives are heard. Creativity lives in everyone; sometimes people just need a reminder,” she shares. Her servant-style leadership focuses on growth over direction. “I see my role as helping my team recognize their potential, expand their skills, build confidence, and understand the impact of the work they’re driving,” Jamie explains. This philosophy guides her through the creative strategy and foundations of Trilliant and Nurri. “The most powerful brands are built when people stay curious, push boundaries, and rally together,” Jamie says. Through her leadership, Jamie is not just creating campaigns; she’s building environments where creativity thrives and people feel connected, proud, and inspired.

  • Women's Equality Day is celebrated on Aug 26. This year, we’re spotlighting four women leaders who are pushing boundaries and inspiring their teams. In June, Tiffany stepped into her new role as Co-Man Supply Chain Manager, tasked with building the department from the ground up. She’s quickly immersed herself in every part of the business—from finance and logistics to commercialization timelines and cross-department collaboration. One of her proudest achievements? Implementing Trilliant’s monthly supply review process. She drove alignment among leadership while enhancing visibility and clarity in supply chain planning. Tiffany's leadership approach is hands-on, approachable, and always learning alongside her team. “I don’t have all the answers, but I believe in learning from others and helping them grow." She’s establishing systems and processes that set her team up for consistent success
