About us

Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits began over 75 years ago as a product of determination and a bit of luck, when Italian immigrant Mario Trinchero and his family left New York in pursuit of a better life across the country in Napa Valley, California. With the family’s health and happiness at its heart, Trinchero offers a best-in-class benefits package that will grow the family to a thousand more. Come work for us and see why 25 percent of Trinchero has stayed within the family for the last 20 years by reviewing our competitive, comprehensive benefits package.

  • Happy National Intern Day! We’re excited to celebrate our incredible group of 16 summer interns representing 13 colleges from across the country. They've been actively diving into their roles, exploring our operations through winery tours and department overviews, and gaining hands-on experience in their areas of focus. Next month, we’ll get to see the results of their hard work during their project presentations. Cheers to this talented and dedicated group!

  • Ten years ago, our Westside Winery in Lodi bottled its first wine, and a new chapter for Trinchero began. With a talented team from Napa Valley and new local hires, we expanded our world-class operations to the Central Valley. Today, Westside is recognized as one of the most advanced bottling and warehousing facilities in the industry. Here’s to a decade of innovation, dedication, and pride!

  • At Trinchero, we are honored to celebrate our hardworking fathers today and every day. Like each of these dads, we hope all of you are out making meaningful memories with your families – at the ballpark, in the mountains, at the racetrack, dance recital or wherever your family vacation takes you. From our family to yours, Happy Father’s Day!

  • June is National Safety Month, and we’re proud to highlight the evolution of our Safety Committee Program, which began with the Trinchero Safety Council (TSC) and the pioneering Westside Cellar team. From 2018 to 2020, TSC led a major redesign to engage more team members across all levels. Their mission is to empower departments to lead their safety efforts, with TSC providing support and guidance. Today, department safety committees meet regularly to address specific safety needs, share lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement. Huge thanks to the Trinchero Safety Council and all department committee members for making safety a true team effort!
