Happy National Intern Day! We’re excited to celebrate our incredible group of 16 summer interns representing 13 colleges from across the country. They've been actively diving into their roles, exploring our operations through winery tours and department overviews, and gaining hands-on experience in their areas of focus. Next month, we’ll get to see the results of their hard work during their project presentations. Cheers to this talented and dedicated group!

The Vineyard team kicked off the season with a pre-harvest BBQ at Circle K Ranch. Hosted by the Vineyard Culture Committee, the day was packed with delicious food, games, and a little friendly competition in the form of salsa and dessert contests. Wishing the entire team a safe and successful harvest season ahead!

Ten years ago, our Westside Winery in Lodi bottled its first wine, and a new chapter for Trinchero began. With a talented team from Napa Valley and new local hires, we expanded our world-class operations to the Central Valley. Today, Westside is recognized as one of the most advanced bottling and warehousing facilities in the industry. Here’s to a decade of innovation, dedication, and pride!

June is National Safety Month, and we’re proud to highlight the evolution of our Safety Committee Program, which began with the Trinchero Safety Council (TSC) and the pioneering Westside Cellar team. From 2018 to 2020, TSC led a major redesign to engage more team members across all levels. Their mission is to empower departments to lead their safety efforts, with TSC providing support and guidance. Today, department safety committees meet regularly to address specific safety needs, share lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement. Huge thanks to the Trinchero Safety Council and all department committee members for making safety a true team effort!
