  • Since we started deploying LLMs to help build integrations, our dev timeline has shrunk by at least 40x. So when when Caraway Home asked us about a Jitsu integration, we saw a chance to deliver value fast. Our integration request pipeline used to look like: > Customer makes a request > It gets triaged in our request queue > Time passes before we can dedicate engineering hours to building and testing > Best case, we deliver an integration on a timeline where it can still give value to the customer who requested it This means that we’ve historically focused mostly on super high-usage integrations (Google Sheets, Netsuite, Shopify) and used a patchwork of APIs and manual downloads for the rest. Now, we’ve made some changes on the backend, and our request pipeline looks more like this: > Katya Lotzof from Caraway has heard about our upcoming USPS integration, and wants to know about plans to integrate with smaller providers, like Caraway’s last-mile tracker, Jitsu > The wizard Adam Reisfield gives early access (plus a video walkthrough) to a Jitsu integration one week later >Everybody wins 😤 This is only possible from some killer work that Jordan Lawler and Joanna C. are doing, so big thanks to our incredibly customer-minded eng team.

They’re using our brand-new Sage Supply Chain Intelligence integration to: 1. Three-way match POs/invoices/delivery receipts and get alerted when discrepancies arise 2.     CMO at Parabola | Run your business without the busywork

    Last week we opened our office to customers, partners, and friends in the NYC community for coffee, pastries, and conversation. These mornings have quickly become one of my favorite things we do. Watching operators share what they're working on, compare notes, and connect over similar challenges - it's exactly the kind of community building that gets me excited.   • Here's what making 600 PB&Js in 45 minutes taught us abou- *a Boston Dynamics dog-bot tackles me* In all seriousness, we are so grateful to have been able to take some time out of our workday to give back to the people of San Francisco. Our engineering team were hosted by Glide Memorial Church for a couple hours of community meal prep, during which we made ~600 sandwiches and staged ~400 burger patties for dinner. This is just a dent in the volume of need that our food-insecure neighbors experience every day, and as operationally excellent as Glide is, it still takes time and hands to keep people fed. We're thankful for the ability to give our time, and, ahead of the abundance that many of us will experience around Thanksgiving time, we encourage others to do the same 🫶 (Glide volunteer link in comments!)
