Last week, our entire United Way Broward team came together for our All-Staff Meeting — and it was one for the books! For the first time, we’ve outgrown our own boardroom and gathered at ArtServe, Inc. — one of our valued funded partners. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space for our team. It’s a true sign of the many ways we are growing as an organization and strengthening our impact in the community. A heartfelt thank you to Erika R. Royal. for leading us through an engaging Catalyst for Everything DiSC® session, helping us reflect on how to work better together, deepen connections, and build stronger relationships within our team. We are grateful for our leadership team for encouraging both personal and organizational growth, and for guiding us through exciting conversations about our brand refresh, a look back at the fiscal year, and the year ahead. Thank you to our staff for the stunning decorations, and congratulations to the teammates who won new merch from our brand refresh! It was inspiring to see everyone lean in, collaborate, and embrace what’s to come. Together, we’re not just growing in numbers — we’re growing in purpose and in impact. 💙

💙 United Way Broward was honored to donate 20 backpacks filled with school supplies to Sunland Park Academy in memory of the late educator, Ms. Merritt. Ms. Merrit's sudden passing is a profound loss to the school community. It is our hope that this gesture honors her legacy by supporting her classroom students.
