#Data | 📊 New trade data just dropped, and it’s historic. According to U.S. Commerce Dept. stats (graph via CCE), from Jan–Aug 2025 the U.S. exported $226B in goods to Mexico — 15.81% of total U.S. exports. In August alone: $29B. 🇲🇽➡️🇺🇸 For the first time ever, Mexico is the United States’ largest export market. Mexico is the #1 buyer in 24 sectors and #2 in 50 sectors, meaning it’s the top 1–2 market for 75% of all U.S. export industries. From cereals and electronics to auto parts, vehicles, steel, machinery, and energy, the bilateral flow is driving North America’s competitiveness. 🌎 At the state level, 26 U.S. states counted Mexico as a top-2 export destination in 2024. 📈 The charts below (Consejo Coordinador Empresarial MX Oficial) show just how critical the U.S.–Mexico partnership has become for growth, jobs, and supply chains across the continent.
