The Ventura County Health Care Agency is comprised of: Hospitals, Ambulatory Care - Medical Clinics, Behavioral Health, Public Health, Emergency Medical Services, Animal Services and the Medical Examiner's Office. Every day many people in our community face obstacles to accessing health care. Your Health Care Agency is proud to provide a system which ensures access to quality, cost effective, culturally sensitive health care for all, especially the most vulnerable members of our community.
