Verano Announces Agreement to Upsize Revolving Credit Facility Commitment to $100,000,000 and Extend Maturity Date The revolving credit facility commitment was increased from $75,000,000 to $100,000,000 and the maturity date was extended from September 29, 2028 to February 28, 2029.
