Vericon partnered with Wonder to bring their innovative 3,000sf multi-kitchen dining concept to life in Bellmore, NY. Completed on an extremely fast paced schedule to align with Wonder’s rollout and opening timeline, the project included significant structural upgrades, new MEP systems and specialized kitchen installations with integrated hood, Ansul, fire alarm and sprinkler systems to support Wonder’s complex operations. Vericon delivered high-quality finishes that balanced functionality with modern design, featuring custom millwork, flooring and decorative elements. Close coordination among trades, design teams and Nassau County authorities ensured seamless system integration and efficient approvals. This project highlights Vericon’s ability to manage fast-paced restaurant builds with precision, adaptability and a commitment to quality. #VericonBuildsBetter

Meet Rolanda, the autonomous layout robot revolutionizing construction! Vericon partnered with Redman Robotics to bring Rolanda to life on a major corporate restack in Charlotte, NC. Using CAD/BIM designs, Rolanda maps, prints, and executes floor layouts directly onsite with pinpoint precision. Across multiple floors, Rolanda helped establish wall lines, anchor points and openings, turning digital designs into reality faster, more accurately, and with seamless coordination among trade partners. Our team is excited to employ innovative technology, like Rolanda the robot, to build better and embrace the future of construction. #VericonBuildsBetter

Progress continues on our new 5,450sf ground-up Huntington Bank branch in Winston-Salem, NC. Steel is now being set as the new branch begins to take shape. Once complete, the new facility will feature nine offices, a conference room and huddle space, open desk areas and a drive-thru ATM with night drop. In addition to its retail banking side, the branch will also house Huntington’s wealth management team, creating a convenient, full-service destination for clients. We’re proud to help expand Huntington’s footprint in the region with a modern, functional space built to serve both customers and employees. #VericonBuildsBetter

Impromptu pizza party at our North Carolina office! Huge thanks to Clay Hoskins, Project Executive, for sharing his holiday raffle prize, a Solo Stove Pi Pizza Oven, with the team, and to Nick Lepore, General Superintendent, for cooking up some incredible pizzas. Nothing beats great food, good company, and a little team spirit to wrap up the week!

Vericon partnered with Citizens Bank to complete a 2,450sf interior renovation for their relocated branch at 57th Street in New York, NY. The project transformed a ground-floor space within a 26-story building into a modern, efficient branch designed to optimize layout and flow within a smaller footprint. Work included all-new interior finishes consistent with Citizens’ standards, along with updated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems. Despite coinciding with the United Nations General Assembly, a period of heightened city activity, the team successfully achieved a seamless turnover the following week while maintaining schedule and operational continuity. #VericonBuildsBetter

Vericon completed an 8,900sf interior fit-out for ENT and Allergy Associates, expanding their space to support a growing practice. The two-phase project included updated finishes and MEP systems, along with renovations to the existing office. The refreshed space enhances patient flow and creates a modern, comfortable environment for both patients and staff. #VericonBuildsBetter
