  • The L.A. listing we’re loving this week: 525 Westmount Dr, newly listed at $6,995,000. A home shaped by limestone, oak and light—its serene palette bringing modern European charm to West Hollywood. Staged by Vesta Senior Creative Director Kiel Wuellner, who layered warm neutrals, textured materials and quiet sophistication throughout. And to take the design to the next level, he even parked his classic Mercedes-Benz, Goldie, in the driveway, completing the scene with a touch of vintage soul. Represented by David Parnes + Christina CollinsCarolwood. • Design that helped seal a $12.6M sale. At Del Monte Drive, Vesta designer Abbie Antonowicz crafted a minimalist modern atmosphere where every material adds meaning — rich velvets softening the architecture, weathered woods grounding each room, sculptural curves catching the light and Japandi-infused details that make the entire home feel like a quiet exhale. The look is refined, restrained and beautifully modern. It’s the kind of staging that doesn’t just decorate a room, but defines the experience of being in it. • Vesta’s debut on Open House TV New York Step inside 323 W 11th St, Unit 4W with Vesta ‘s Creative Director Christina Slater as she reimagines a cozy West Village one bedroom with luxury staging by Melinda W.. From mirrors that maximize natural light to custom Vesta furniture that adds generous seating to soft textures and thoughtful layouts, every detail was chosen to make the home feel brighter, larger and beautifully livable. Staging doesn’t just decorate a home. It helps buyers imagine themselves living there — and here, we gave it a premium touch. • Staged. Shown. Sold — before it even hit the market. 408 Greenwich, designed by Steven Harris Architects LLP,  has the kind of architecture you fall in love with at first sight: arched windows, open-beam ceilings and natural light that moves through each room like art. Vesta designer Seth McCaughey's vision was to honor that beauty. Golden tones that glow in the sun, iron softened by linen upholstery, sculptural silhouettes and layered textures that give sleek city living a grounded, homey feel. The kids room stole our hearts — playful wallpaper, touches of color, our statement curved Arosa Sofa and a knitted giraffe stool. It’s a space that feels joyful and elevated. Congratulations to Agnes Wanielista of Douglas Elliman Real Estate on the seamless sale. Sea la vie 🌀 Florida’s $17.999M new build in soothing blues... Positioned on a coveted corner lot with alley access in Olde Naples, 187 10th Avenue S lives like a private coastal compound. Vesta’s creative director, Linda Kennedy, reimagined coastal living by letting color and texture frame the story—sun-washed blues and soft whites paired with wicker, woven rope, ash wood, and linen. The space channels the ocean’s language: turquoise kitchen walls echo deep-blue scullery tile. Vesta’s Lian Lounge Chairs, with rope detailing and a mid-century silhouette, feel as if they’ve always belonged, inviting you to lean back and slow the day. Beautifully choreographed—fresh, modern and unmistakably coastal. The $64.995M Brutalist Dream in Beverly Hills ☁️ In Trousdale Estates, this 18,000 square foot fortress by Oakley founder James Jannard redefines what it means to live among art and architecture. Just listed by Aaron Kirman, Jannard’s monolithic home is not your average Beverly Hills mansion: 96 concrete columns. Stainless steel and steampunk fixtures. Retractable glass walls framing city views. A home built as a statement—industrial, cinematic and unlike anything else in Los Angeles. Vesta Senior Designer Ryan Matthew Worthington brought warmth and livability to the structure’s urban soul—introducing sculptural furniture silhouettes like our Kelsey Curved Chaise, layered textures and tactile materials that let the architecture breathe. Balancing strength with softness, Ryan used wood and rope to temper the concrete, while metal and glass echo its geometry. From staged to sold after just hours on the market! The power of luxury staging by Vesta! I had the opportunity to stage a reimagined unit at the Le Parc development in Century City. We opted for contemporary selections to enhance the recent renovations, marking a significant departure from Le Parc's traditional style. The results speak for themselves! Staged. Listed. Sold for $13M 🕊️At 167 Stockbridge Ave, a 1928 Spanish Revival was reimagined with a contemporary California interior. Vesta designer Abbie Antonowicz drew from the home’s Mediterranean sensibility—arched passages, natural light and warm materials—then carried that serenity inside with sculptural silhouettes, natural fabrics and a palette of ivory, olive and sunlit wood. The living room became the heart of the home, framed by light and layered with texture. We anchored two sofas across the marble fireplace, brought in Alta lounge chairs in forest-green bouclé and curated open shelving with ceramics and keepsakes so it feels lived in. A design that beautifully links old-Atherton with modern day aesthetics.
