  • This holiday season, we are incredibly grateful for the continued partnership between Ocean State Job Lot and Veterans Inc. Because of their generosity, we’re able to provide warm coats and holiday gifts to over 8,000 Veterans and their families across all six New England states. Your support helps us bring comfort and joy to those who have served our country. Together, we’re making a difference—one family at a time. From all of us at Veterans Inc., thank you for standing with our Veterans this holiday season

  • Our Veterans need you! A harsh reality for Veterans and their families is that 17 Veterans per day commit suicide in the United States. Veterans Inc. has made it a priority through the Staff Sergeant Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program to provide community-based services designed to prevent Veteran suicide. This program enables our staff to identify those at risk for suicide, provide mental health screenings, give our clients access to clinical services for emergency purposes, and offer VA benefits assistance to those in need. Additionally, through this program we provide case management services and education on suicide risk and prevention for families and communities. Today on Giving Tuesday, a contribution to Veterans Inc. will help save lives. We ask that on this annual day of giving that you consider our Veterans, the sacrifices they have made, and the difficulties many endure post-discharge. Your support helps heal our Veterans' unseen wounds through all our programs and ensures that all who served receive the care they deserve.

  • Roughly 33,000 veterans experience homelessness on any given night. Veterans Inc. has been combatting veteran homelessness since our inception in 1990, and we need your help! On this #GivingTuesday you can make a crucial difference in the lives of Veterans in need with a contribution to Veterans Inc. today. Along with our full slate of comprehensive services, your gift will support improving and expanding our emergency & transitional housing units, housing search and application assistance, and outreach programs for homeless Veterans. It is thanks to the generosity of our community that Veterans Inc. can continue to make significant strides in addressing the Veteran homelessness crisis!
