All the challenges of the market but @westcapitallending we had a record submission and funding month. 3913 submitted loans for 1.1 billion in loan volume. Wow! This number will actually land around 1.25 billion after all the data comes in. On the total funding side, we funded 2613 loans for 600 million in closed volume. This number will go up as well. We used 88 total wholesale lenders with no one lender getting more than 50% of our business. Important as we are a broker and want to maintain and support for our wholesale partners in the channel that keep competition alive and well. We are setting up for 750-800 million in funded volume next month. Hoping we land at #1 in the nation in funded units. 🙏 Overall, we created a ton of new jobs adding to our operations and procesing teams with some of the best experienced talent in the business. Proud is the team we have assembled and grow! Not eveyone in the mortgage space is faring as well as us but keep pushing and focused on your goals. The industry is about to make a big comeback! 💪
